How GameHarbors track my order?
We track by Order number.
How do I know if GameHarbors received my order?
For those who have completed the order with payment, GameHarbors will received the order both from the website and email notification.
Will GameHarbors process my order if I have yet to make the payment?
GameHarbors will not reserve or process the order until we received the payment.
Can I cancel my order after GameHarbors reserve my product?
Cancellation is not allow as the payment has paid to the respective studio to reserve your unit. If you insist to cancel the order, the payment will be forfeited as penalty.
Stock Availability
We cannot guarantee that every item from the store would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. However, for any item which you place an order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & refund the payment of your order.

What are payment method offered by GameHarbors?
There are 2(two) payment methods available in our website:International Customer:Paypal ( Credit card plus 5% Paypal fee charges )SWIFT ( Bank transfer, Please check your local bank for the fee and currency rate)Malaysia Customer:Giro and/or Instant Transfer and/or Bank In (Account details provided while you checked out the product) Please do provide us the payment advice or bank in slips for verification purposes.

There’s 2 (two) currency (ie: MYR and USD) available in our website.
Do GameHarbors support Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?
GameHarbors do not support COD.

Yes, we do ship worldwide and we ship from China
Is the price shown in the website included shipping cost?
The price shown in the website is excluded the shipping fees as the shipping fees will be calculate after the product release as final parcel weight will be determine by the time.
What are the available shipping method in GameHarbors?
You may choose between via EMS flight or via sea ship. Contact us if you need third party services like DHL, Fedex, etc
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on shipping method you choose and the final package weight once it reached our warehouse.
How long will shipping take
EMS flight usually take 2 weeks and Sea ship take 1 ~ 3 months. However, please note that this is just estimation duration refers only to the time it takes the carrier from pickup to delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches.
Is the shipping package traceable?
Yes! We always ship with tracking number.
How do I track the tracking number?
You can track your order from My Account -> My Pre Orders -> Order. We will update the tracking code to your order details page once send out the parcel.
Is shipping fees included insurance for the parcel?
Insurance coverage is available for the parcel, however, the default shipping cost do not include insurance premium. Hence, if you opt for the insurance coverage, please do inform us and we will let you have the quotation on the insurance premium. Please be noted that the insurance coverage offered by the shipping company is to cover any package lost in transit. Product damaged and/or broken via transit is not cover under the insurance policy.
Customs Charges
GameHarbors are not responsible for custom charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further enquiry. However we can declare lower value based on request.
